Founder & Executive Chair
Daniel Wei Chen
Daniel Wei Chen grew up in China with an interest in the organisation of healthcare. His early studies focused on hospital administration, team development and the relationship between clear communication and a well-run patient service. Learning visits across Asia broadened his understanding of how hospitals coordinate people, facilities and everyday operations. After relocating to the United States, he developed the Ceddox concept around a consistent welcome, practical patient information and cooperation between departments. Based in California, his leadership brings together patient services, workforce planning and operational support across the network. He encourages managers to listen closely to staff and families, review the experience of visiting a hospital and make improvements that people can understand.
